During our initial meeting Mike assessed our needs and thoroughly explained everything that would be required for the install of our Generac system so that there would be no surprises when the final bill came through. He explained how the installation process would proceed. Also, Wesley had everything needed in stock. Our system was installed on a Friday and we had a prolonged power outage the following Thursday. From start to finish, everything went well. They completely understood the solution and performed every step professionally. I trusted their competence and advice. A week after installation the generator had to operate for 21 hours when the power went out, and it was unbelievably effortless and immediate, the router didn't have to reboot.
