I just wanted to make a comment about Weakley Electric They are the must reasonable knowledgeable and courteous people I know. They always call and remind me every year.. they suggested I replace the battery because it\u2019s been 5 yrs and if it went bad in between maintenance it would have cost me more\u2026 I certainly appreciated their honesty! definitely recommend them to anyone!!

From the sales person to the installers, this Company was great. All the employees were friendly and helpful. We could not believe how meticulous the installers were. They made sure to check to see if anything needed to be cleaned up. They took the time to explain what they were doing and showed us how the generator worked. The office staff was helpful as well. Everything was scheduled and timed perfectly so that there were no delays during installation. They walked us through the entire process. We cannot say enough good things about this experience. We definitely would recommend Weekley Electric.

Associate is great

Had Chris out to service our whole house generator. He was super nice and took time to explain some questions I had about the system. Gave it a thorough inspection (informed me of everything he did) and when done cleaned the outside of the unit so it looked brand new -wow - that is real service with a cherry on top. Highly recommend this company.

Service after the sale is terrible

On 1/26/18, I purchased a Generac generator, 5 year maintenance plan ($716 - Weekley Electric) and a 10 year warranty ($796 \u2013 Generac). This complaint is based on lack of professional service by Weekley Electric for 1) failure to make timely follow-up calls and keep correct contact numbers, and 2) failure to fulfill its warranty on 4/15/20 to service the generator (critical to our home\u2019s lift station). When asked why the lack of contact, they gave excuses. When asked why the failure to provide service on 4/15, they said a legal agreement had to be signed holding us, the customer, responsible for any exposure to the pandemic that could be traced to our home. Asking customers to become legally bound to undetermined medical and legal expenses to prove innocence requires a lot for their service. +

Very professional

Our experience with Weekly was excellent from the original estimate thru the installation and setup. The office staff was always friendly but very business like. The installers were effecient and performed the just in less time than I expected. The explanation of how the system worked was understandable and not over complicated. i would definitely recommend this company.
