I would hire them again in the future
Steve is knowledgable, curtious and informative. We initially had some phone and e-mail issues, but when those were corrected, things moved rather rapidly. The installation crew, plumber and electricians, were friendly, professional and answered any and all questions I had. I did my homework and researched most of the home generators and installers that are available. I always came back to Genaerac because of design, style, good reviews and it's made in the USA. Transstar, Steve and the installation crew have convinced me that I made the correct choice.
