very professional. i got 3 quotes and thomas electric defiantly cam through frome th beginning. im so happy with install and to be protected in an outage now.

All dealings with this company was very professional and answered all questions I had.

As soon as I went online and requested for someone to contact me for an estimate I received a call within a few days. Natalie showed up and was very kind and knowledgeable of the product and what I was wanting.The next day she called me and gave me my estimate and while talking I went ahead and set up an install.Was advised that with all that is going on that receiving this product has been harder than normal and the install would be late February to early March. I was fine with that.A couple of weeks later was contacted to see if they could get the pad in place for the unit so it would be ready to go once the unit was in.A few weeks later was notified that they was able to get ahold of some units and I had the option to wait or have the install done within 2 weeks.I chose within the 2 weeks and then came the install day. The crew showed up promptly and started right away. With all safety p.p.e. being worn and throw rugs being put down the work began.Next thing I knew they advised that they was ready to test the system and the job was completed.The installers were very polite and answered all questions I had prior to leaving and then once again checked with me to see if I had any more questions. Paper work done and all work areas were cleaned by them and then away they went.GREAT JOB and VERY FRIENDLY. Install was GREAT.

Ed's work was excellent with superior service, friendliness, cleanliness, and professionalism. The generator was serviced quickly and thoroughly. Just after the service we were out of power for 11 hrs. but we were the only ones on the block with lights and power! Great company.
