poor customer service

company wants to charge for warranty work replaced two batteries with low battery on screen

Fantastic service

I called them yesterday for annual maintenance, and they came out today. Technician was Garret Wilson, and he was fantastic. Other providers have worked on this generator, but none did as complete a job as Garret. I strongly recommend them.

Had the parts on the truck

Hats off to Garrett.!!!! Called when I needed them . He arrived promptly and had the parts on the truck to get the lights on.!!!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Garrett and DJ were very friendly and extremely professional. Would recommend them to anyone wanting there own personal generator.

Prompt service

Was very pleased with my annual service and my generator has performed reliably.

Incomplete

Had this company over to give me an estimate to install the 22 air cooled, never followed back up with me. Never had a completed estimate, and no one ever contacted me to finish the estimate. Waste of time.

Excellent Service!

After my generator quit working I contacted Aire-Flow. They came out the next day, quickly diagnosed the issue (dead Nexus controller) and installed the new parts. I was up and running again in now time. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and followed up after the service to ensure that everything met our expectations (unheard of anymore). I would highly recommend them if you need someone to service your generator.

Got us through the outage

Installed our generator 6 years ago and have serviced since new. We have experienced a few multi day outages and everything keeps working as it should. 3 of our friends have purchased from Aire-Flo and have been pleased.
