Very good
Couldn't be better service! Can not say what happened to Gizmo, but the person (John) came on, looked up what I needed and was having trouble with the site (which I already knew about). He told me I would take a few minutes to figure out whether I could get the part or if I had to buy the whole assembly. I told him to take his time and call me back. John called me back in a timely fashion, and although he told me things I did not want to hear, it was done professionally. When it comes time to get this assembly I will certianly give them a call.

They acted like they could care less if my generator ran or not.
