Have worked with Shepp at a previous house that we had them install a generator Nice job , courteous and neat Explained the process , had a few hickups that they navigated perfectly The crew spent the day on the install and completed the work before they left

Happy with service!

Excellent salesperson was complete and informative. Installation was on time and installers were professional and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions patiently. I'm happy we chose Shepp.

Great job!!!!!

The technicians were timely, professional, thorough and cleaned up after installation. Great job!

Fast and Efficient

When I needed a new generator, the crew got a new one installed in eight days. I really appreciated the quick response, because I have a sump pump and fear a prolonged power outage. The men that installed it--Xavier and Joe--were fast and efficient. They patiently answered all of my questions, mainly about the signal lights. Many thanks to all involved.

Kyle, Jeffrey and Chaise did an excellent job in installing our Generac. Very impressed.

Generac 22Kw Install

Just had a Generac 22Kw installed 7/28/26 by Shepp Electric Company. The installers, Kyle, Jeff and Chase were knowledgeable and did excellent work. They stayed until the job was done.

First New Generac!

My Generac was installed this week. I am very impressed with the installation crew as well as the unit although I have not yet needed it. Kyle, Jeff, and Chaise were terrific. Their noteworthy attributes include: professionalism, efficiency, courtesy, congeniality, and, in particular, patience with my many questions. Mr. Shepp, they are definitely "keepers"!

Best investment ever.

I have had our generator almost a year now and it has been the best investment for our new home. The previous owner improperly installed a sub-par unit, and we hired Shepp to come in and remove that unit and install an upgraded full house version which was up to code. They did a super job with all the relocating and connecting. We are very happy with the service and professional installation.

Excellent installation

Bought an 18 kw Generac generator from Shepp which was installed today. The crew was very professional and completed a very clean and high quality installation in one day. They explained the functioning of the generator to me very clearly, including maintenance and the use of the Generac app.

Great people and product

The process of the selection and install was a great experience and Gary Lewis made it simple to understand as well as the installation crew were very professional and really good at their trade. We feel very confident in our decision in choosing Shepp Electric Company for our Generac system. We also have a Generac system at our vacation home in New York.
