Everyone we came into contact with has been very professional and helpful. The installers ran into some issues with our electrical service which put them behind several hours while they waited on Toledo Edison to take care of the issue. They were frustrated but remained professional with us. We would highly recommend this company.

Saved my generator

I thought our generator had been maintained by another local company. However, they had been billing me for doing nothing. Our filters, plugs, and oil hadn't been changed in years. Our maintenance lights and voltage warnings had been on. Our generator is older and he saved us from having to probably install a new one in a couple of years! Came out the day after I called. Won't use another company! Thanks!

From first assessment appointment through installation and start up everything was done with expertise and professionalism. We had them replace breaker boxes and breakers along with a whole house/barn fully automatic Generac system. Everyone was great to work with including office staff. Very neat workmanship and clean up. Gives great peace of mind. Generac system installed on a Tuesday and we lost power that next weekend for 11 hours. Everything worked exactly as expected. Barely knew the power was out except for neighbors had no power. Awesome!

Generator was promptly installed as scheduled w/o issue. Unfortunately, a hose connection failed during a Sunday morning power failure, shutting down the unit. A single call to the emergency number had a technician on site within 2 hours of the failure and the problem resolved. I can't say enough about the service. The technician wasn't at all "surly" about having to work on an otherwise gorgeous Sunday morning. He actually seemed happy to be there. I can recommend this contractor w/o reservation.
