Great
This company is not cheap, be aware of that. But, when you need your generac fixed, I would recommend them, irregardless of what you may read in other reviews. Technician knew his stuff, both the electrical and the engine side, which was where my problem was . It is worth it to me to have a power backup when a cold winter storm out here in the country will deprive you of heat that may last for over 25 hours, which occurred a couple years ago. You decide...

Never received my quote
They came to the residence, reviewed the project but never received quote. I called 3 weeks later to check and was told I would get a call back.....STILL WAITING..

Excellent through the whole process
I did a lot of research and got several quotes from other Generac dealers before I selected Rossman Electric. The big box retailers were very slow to respond and their quotes were substantially higher.
