Rossmann Electric

Excellent

They did a fantastic job. Courteous! No issues follow-ups were wonderful I recommend Rossmann very highly!

Did a great high quality job

Was doing major remodel and as part of that Rossmann was doing all the electrical. I had them add the generator as part of this project. They had done other electrical at my house in previous years for one because I found out my original main panel had a history of catching on fire (company went bankrupt). I am an Electrical Engineer so can easily evaluate the quality and you can't blow smoke in my face. The generator went in very smoothly and a very clean job. It has already been needed once for a 1.5 hour outage and it performed as it was suppose to.

Came to house, promised a quote, never delivered after several months.

Adam came out to see the job. We wanted a panel upgrade, generator, sub panel in a barn. He took some photos and we talked about what was needed and when the work could be done. Rossmann had been to this house at least 3 times before and Adam knew it when it came into the drive. Despite several emails to Adam and countless calls to the office we never got a quote for the job after 3 months of time. The office would tell me the are still interested in the job and busy then promised to deliver my messages to Adam to call me to discuss. I never heard a word. As the other reviews say, don't count on them to call you back. Such a disappointment considering the proximity to the job and familiarity with the house. We have moved on and lock in at a very reasonable price elsewhere.

Great

This company is not cheap, be aware of that. But, when you need your generac fixed, I would recommend them, irregardless of what you may read in other reviews. Technician knew his stuff, both the electrical and the engine side, which was where my problem was . It is worth it to me to have a power backup when a cold winter storm out here in the country will deprive you of heat that may last for over 25 hours, which occurred a couple years ago. You decide...

HOrrible

they came out , never followed through with a proposal and never answered my calls!!

Never received my quote

They came to the residence, reviewed the project but never received quote. I called 3 weeks later to check and was told I would get a call back.....STILL WAITING..

Excellent through the whole process

I did a lot of research and got several quotes from other Generac dealers before I selected Rossman Electric. The big box retailers were very slow to respond and their quotes were substantially higher. Rossman impressed me with their responses to my questions in the evenings and even on weekends. They are a small family owned business located less than 10 miles away. Their price was very competitive and there were no hidden add on charges. Everything I needed was included in their quote. The install went entirely as planned and the unit performs perfectly. Great Job Rossman Electric. I have already recommended them to two of my neighbors.
