came over the day they said 1st day set the pad in and generator next day the plumber was here for gas line and the 3rd day electrican was here and when they were done rks design was here in a couple hours and he had everything going they did an excellent job and showed me everything about it and said they would check the unit every year

RKS, handled everything from start to finish using a well qualified sub-contractor for the electric panels. Excellent workmanship and follow through. RKS worked around our project without missing a beat. We have not had to use the unit yet but we feel secure in knowing our 20kw generac is there if we need it. Our hats off to Ken and Roger, We have referred several prospective buyers to RKS and we would not do so if we were not pleased.

Ken, from RKS, was very professional. He answered all our questions. The installation was done very quickly and done in a professional manner. We needed a subcontractor for the natural gas line and his recommendation was spot on. They came out and had us up and running in no time at all.Our electricity has gone out twice since the installation and we hardly knew that it went out. We would not have known except no one else on the street had lights.

Very detail oriented

Ken and RKS Design was very professional and paid attention to detail. We weren't quite sure what system we wanted. Ken visited our home and our critical circuits and provided details for us to compare between a critical circuit installation versus a whole house generator. No pressure and attention paid to any/all questions we had. Very satisfied.
