Generator Installation/Service Upgrade

I was using a portable generator for years and decided to buy a standby unit. The salesman was thorough and professional and explained everything in detail. We decided to purchase a Generac and have our service upgraded at the same time. The electricians were very efficient and communicated with us during the entire process. They left the area clean and tidy. We had a power outage 2 weeks after the install, our Generac provided us with power and we were the only home in the neighborhood with lights on!
