R Lane Electric installed our Generac on 5-31-23, coincidentally the day of a planned Ohio Edison power outage. Rocky said no problem. Rocky is very organized from quote to install. He gave us a detailed quote with pictures of all our significant power draws. From contact to final install was only 3 weeks - so very prompt. When setting the generator on the pad, they saved a favorite bush, in Front of the Generac! Rocky's assistant, Kerry, is multi-talented & works well with Rocky, to keep the job flowing smoothly, all day long. They make a great team, who will treat your property wonderfully throughout the process! We have a 40 yr old breaker box, in which Rocky found loose utility input wires & tightened those. They also made sure to relight all my gas pilot lights. Final thoughts: Rocky has a go to phrase for emphasis: "Oh, Yeah". So I say, Can R Lane Electric fix you up? - OH, YEAH! Highly recommended - Exceeded Expectations!

Exceptional Dealer

I had my generator installed last week by R Lane Electric. Rocky is the ultimate professional from the quote process to the final install.As it turns out, he found an issue with my electric service, unrelated to the generator, and promptly repaired that issue as well.Coincidently, 2 days after he installed the generator, our power went out, so it was great hearing the unit kick on.I would, without question or hesitation, recommend R Lane Electric, as he was very good to work with, and a great, fun personality as well. He is my new go to guy for any future needs.

Great experience

Rocky did a great job explaining and making recommendation for the Generac unit! He followed that up with great service. He arrived when he said he would and was very particular during the installation process with location of gas lines and power lines. We would most definitely recommend R Lane Electric to anyone looking for a generator. Ended up having to use a week after install due to power going out for 2 hours! Glad we made decision!
