R Lane Electric, Inc.

Great Experience

I had been considering the acquisition of a standby whole house generator for some time. When I decided to move forward, I accessed the Generac Dealer Locator site and was pleased to find this dealer less than 20 minutes from my location. It was a great experience from start to finish. Mr. Lane contacted me quickly; set an appointment to review my needs and prepared a quote in a timely manner. Once I accepted the quote, we set a mutually agreed upon installation date. When that date came, Mr. Lane and his associate showed up on time; started the installation process and kept me informed every step of the way through completion. When the installation was complete, Mr. Lane reviewed everything that was done; provided an overview of the product and informed me of next steps. I'm not a young guy and I remember when the term customer service was not an oxymoron. Keep up the great work fellas. It was really a pleasure doing business with you.

Very happy customer

Excelllent explanation of services to be rendered. Solid reviews. Professional and respectful of my home and property. Obvious that he and his helper have worked as a team - on time if not even early and delivered exactly as explained. Would happily recommend this company’s service to anyone wanting to install a whole home generator.

Awesome Generator

So far we haven’t had the power go YET, but there is no doubt in my mind it will work just fine. He was the most professional person that has done a job for us and we have had many. I honestly can say he is the only company that ever showed up on time for the quote and the install. And did an excellent job. I HIGHLY recommend this company

Prompt & Professional

R Lane Electric installed our Generac on 5-31-23, coincidentally the day of a planned Ohio Edison power outage. Rocky said no problem. Rocky is very organized from quote to install. He gave us a detailed quote with pictures of all our significant power draws. From contact to final install was only 3 weeks - so very prompt. When setting the generator on the pad, they saved a favorite bush, in Front of the Generac! Rocky's assistant, Kerry, is multi-talented & works well with Rocky, to keep the job flowing smoothly, all day long. They make a great team, who will treat your property wonderfully throughout the process! We have a 40 yr old breaker box, in which Rocky found loose utility input wires & tightened those. They also made sure to relight all my gas pilot lights. Final thoughts: Rocky has a go to phrase for emphasis: "Oh, Yeah". So I say, Can R Lane Electric fix you up? - OH, YEAH! Highly recommended - Exceeded Expectations!

This dealer is excellent and very professional!

R Lane is an excellent company! He communicates often and thoroughly, and was able to install my generator around my schedule. I also had him do some extra electrical work. I am very pleased with the work done and it was at a great price! I look forward to working with you again soon!

Great Experience

Rocky Lane responded to my Generac internet request quickly. He was very straight forward & easy to deal with at the quote meeting. He responded quickly & communicated via email & text. He showed up on time and gave us realistic expectations on timeframe. He left the job site spotless. Great experience. Class operation.

Exceptional Dealer

I had my generator installed last week by R Lane Electric. Rocky is the ultimate professional from the quote process to the final install. As it turns out, he found an issue with my electric service, unrelated to the generator, and promptly repaired that issue as well. Coincidently, 2 days after he installed the generator, our power went out, so it was great hearing the unit kick on. I would, without question or hesitation, recommend R Lane Electric, as he was very good to work with, and a great, fun personality as well. He is my new go to guy for any future needs.
