Scott responded to my original generator request the same day. Quotes and dates were discussed and finalized without any delays andthe install work was completed by his installation team ahead of the proposed schedule. Everyone performed their install duties without any problems or owner concerns.I have already recommended Scott and his business to several other friends.

New 22K installation, AWESOME job

Scott came out and gave me the quote, we made the down payment and scheduled the install, about 5 weeks out from down payment.Generator was on a slight slope, CJ, Cody and Adam quickly built a base and got right to business with the install. they recommended a closer position to the house and it looks great.came back the next day for start up after tank delivery and we are up and running...protected piece of mind if the power goes out. Great job easy process and easy to work with.. thanks again

Only call you need to make

For those who are not sure they want to invest in a Whole House Generac , I just had a issue with my 15 year old 17k Generac... After reading reviews, one of them really stuck out where Scott went way out of his service area to take care of one of his customers parents... I was sure I might need a new unit... I called Scott and told him what it was doing and he knew what was wrong.. He ordered the part from Generac and had my 15 year old unit back up and running like new again...I can not thank Scott and his crew enough... Thanks Guys !!!!!

Having never used this company before I talked to Scott on a Friday 10/11/2019 in the afternoon to schedule service on my unit. He told me he couldn't be there before the following Monday 10/14 by noon. I've never received that kind of response from any company, for any reason in the past, especially as a first time customer. By golly on Monday at around 11:30 two techs showed up, completed the tune up and would have been gone just after noon if I hadn't spent some time getting to know them and Power Lines Electric. They were personable and definitely knew their way around a generator. the icing on the cake came when they presented me the invoice for substantially less than than the competitors quote who, by the way, scheduled an appointment then never showed up. these guys earned a new customer today!! Just sorry I didn't purchase my 22kw from them in the first place.

The entire process took about 4 weeks. Installation was yesterday. The crew was exceptional. Very friendly and clearly experienced. They used tarps, etc. inside the house to protect carpeting and left the house as they found it (clean). A very positive experience. An easy recommendation!!
