I purchased a whole house Generac generator from Mid-Ohio Generators. The whole process form start to finish was first rate. The salesperson was polite, transparent, and he described in great detail the generator that I needed and the process that we would go through to plan for and complete the installation. The installation team was prompt, professional, and efficient. The installation went off without a hitch, They kept us informed of their progress and they provided an excellent orientation when they finished. I would recommend Mid-Ohio Generators to anyone considering a purchase or needing service!

I had several Generac installers come out and give me a proposal. Only Mid-Ohio Generators covered all the bases. Seems like the others had sales folks that didn't really know the detail. My Mid-Ohio Generators salesperson had previously worked to install the generators. Everyone else wanted to install in a location that did not meet Generac guidelines (or code). And only Mid-Ohio Generators told me I need to up the pressure at the street. My house is 700 feet from the road and with that long run, 1 pound of pressure on the meter at the road would not have been enough. The gas company confirmed this. Bottom line, they had everything covered in advance. No gotchas during installation and no surprises. Perfect installation.
