Mid-ohio Generators

Best in class.

Mid zohio did the original installatio back around 2000g or so (previous owner). We have used for service since. I can't give enough praise for quality, honesty, service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Positive experience

I purchased this Genorator less than 3 weeks ago. The crew from Mid Ohio Genorator Compsny came out on time and installed product. They were very polite, very knowledgeable and kept everything cleaned up as they went. After finished they took the timer to explain operating system in great detail. It is tested and monitored and sends me a report when finished. Great placement o. All equipment. I highly recommend the Generic System and the Mid Ohio Generator company that sells and installs and maintains the system. Thank you Genorac

this dealer is awesome.!

Mid-Ohio was so easy to work with. They sent Mike out to see where we should place the unit, made sure we knew what to expect. The installers came out and they were all friendly & professional. I HIGHLY recommend Mid-Ohio Generators.

Great Dealer for Your Generac Purchase!

I purchased a whole house Generac generator from Mid-Ohio Generators. The whole process form start to finish was first rate. The salesperson was polite, transparent, and he described in great detail the generator that I needed and the process that we would go through to plan for and complete the installation. The installation team was prompt, professional, and efficient. The installation went off without a hitch, They kept us informed of their progress and they provided an excellent orientation when they finished. I would recommend Mid-Ohio Generators to anyone considering a purchase or needing service!

Better than the rest

I had several Generac installers come out and give me a proposal. Only Mid-Ohio Generators covered all the bases. Seems like the others had sales folks that didn't really know the detail. My Mid-Ohio Generators salesperson had previously worked to install the generators. Everyone else wanted to install in a location that did not meet Generac guidelines (or code). And only Mid-Ohio Generators told me I need to up the pressure at the street. My house is 700 feet from the road and with that long run, 1 pound of pressure on the meter at the road would not have been enough. The gas company confirmed this. Bottom line, they had everything covered in advance. No gotchas during installation and no surprises. Perfect installation.
