After taking my power washer in under warranty repair as the wand broke, I discovered just what a joke this place is. 4 months later and threats of going to the police to report my property stolen, I finally got it back - still broken. The owner could have cared less. I have heard about other nightmares from other people taking things in. Owner is very rude, makes promises, never follows through, full of excuses and then will not return your equipment for months. He has no clue what customer service is or how to operate a business. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but Jams Joke repair service.
