Very Knowledgeable and Great to Work With
I was very happy with my experience with Ingram Electric. The 8kw Generac generator in the house we bought was unable to start, and Ted was very efficient with his process to diagnose the issue. He found the issue(s) quickly and got it back running. We are very appreciative and will pass on our recommendation to family and friends.

He cam on New Year's Day!
This was our first mechanical problem in nine years. Winter is not a good time to be without a back up power source. We called for service December 31, 2013 and the service was performed January 1, 2014! This service representative meets the highest standard of quality and courtesy that seems rare in this day and age. He has agreed to work with us on ways to improve the performance and flexibility of our Generac Generator. He even went out and found a new battery and installed it. Talk about a HAPPY NEW YEAR!
