From the sales to the Install and the testing, everything was the best and very professional. Yes there was a problem The Generac didn't start BUT SO PROFESSIONAL they took care of the problem first thing in the next morning.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Great Lakes Electric Contractors. I called Great Lakes to service our generator when we encountered unexpected issues over the weekend. They promptly set up a appointment for a service man to come to our home that afternoon. The service man diagnosed the problem and had the generator fixed within the hour. This was my first experience with Great Lakes and I would definitely call back if we ever have another problem.

Same day sevice

When my power went out i called great lakes electrical and told them my situation, they came out the same day and not only did they fix my dead battery they inspected the generator and transfer switch for proper operation. Now they contact me to remind me when my generator needs seviced. I would highly recomend this company, as i have to my closest friends and family!Thank you very much great lakes
