Prompt, friendly, professional service.
I have used Les to maintain my GENERAC 11 kw generators since we bought it. He is promptly responsive, easy to work with, and conscientiously does a comprehensive service so that I have NO worries about the performance of the generator. He does little quality bonuses like putting the date of the last service right on the oil filter... so, I never have to figure out when it was last updated. His prices are consistently modest. I couldn't be happier with his work.

He did a great job.
I have had my 8 kw for 2 years now and it needed a new battery. Les was prompt and professional. Generator is running like a charm.

No Show
I called Les on 2 separate occasions to service my Generac 4077 standby generator. The first time was for a general service to make sure everything was working properly. The second time was to get it to work (bad starter). Both times he SAID he'd be by in a few days. He NEVER showed up either time. That was very disappointing, as he only lives a few miles from my house. He was all talk and no action.
