This dealer is wonderful
From the office staff to the sale person, this place is the perfect one stop shop for all your generator needs. I had a lot of questions, and the sales person was very helpful with everything and response time was reasonable.

Never followed up
Called this company direct. Spoke with the owner that my neighbor referred to me. He came out with his electrician for a site survey and said they'd work up a proposal. That was early Sept 2021. Here we are almost March 2022 and nothing. Even after I called around Thanksgiving to inquire about where the proposal was. They have no interest in followup and needless to say I'll find someone else to do the work.
