Good, but watch your wallet

First, unlike nearly all of the other 'Reviewers' here, I have never seen or heard from "Gary" of "Gary P. Frank". I suspect many of these glowing reviews are phony.

Great service

Recently, Gary and his crew installed a new AC unit (compressor). While working in the backyard, the crew noted three (3) gas leaks from a Generac gas generator installed by another contractor. This unit was just serviced by the installing contractor, and the technician failed to detect the gas leaks. Gary's crew fixed the leaks as well as other flaws in the initial installation. We were very impressed with the expertize and professional competence of Gary's technicians.

We did our research before contacting Gary P Frank. We then scheduled a routine service and inspection for our 1 yr old 20KW Generac. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and very knowledgeable. He gave me maintenance tips not found in the manual. He was very thorough during the inspection. After an hour I was very pleased to sign a maintenance agreement with this company.

Excellent service and installation

After a series of PEPCO outages we followed the lead of a neighbor and had Gary P Frank Inc install a 20KW Generac system. Gary knew his stuff. The price was right. The installation is very neat and the crew was very nice. That goes for the back office people too.We feel much better knowing that the power will be there for us should the local utility fail again. (We note here that we received a letter from PEPCO to our neighborhood stating that they will be trimming our trees in the coming weeks to protect the wires. Thing of it is.. there are NO above ground wires in our development. So much for the local utility's skill and reliability)

Superior service

Gary Frank Inc installed a 20kW generator for me in the past few months and they are just wonderful. From start to finish their crew was very professional, clean, and very responsive. I now have them taking care of my heating and cooling systems as well. When my generator came on during my first power outage after it was installed I gave them a call letting them know how thrilled I was that is was working as it should. I highly recommend Gary Frank INC as a go-to company for generator service or installation and hvac.

I recommended Gary Frank to Everyone. His crew came out on a SUNDAY to finish an install so that we had power during an outage. THAT is SERVICE!! Gary's follow through during outages has been remarkable. Without even asking his crew has come to check oil levels during extended outages. I can't say enough about his service, professionalism and his dedication to his customers.
