Service was great

First off I am handicap, and do not get around the best anymore. Chris came up and introduced himself and the team right away. He explained what they would be doing and how long the power should be off while they completed the work. Everyone was friendly and very professional as they ran around doing everything. Explaining what they were doing when I would ask. Great job and highly recommend to anyone needing a generator.

Mike was friendly and explained everything in detail prior to the Generac being installed. Chris and his young workers did a wonderful and clean job installing the Generac. When the power went out in Upper Sandusky recently I was so relieved to hear that engine start up and my lights come back on. Thank you so much Mike for everything.

Competent and friendly

The generator was set were we wanted it and the wiring was completed in about 2.5 hours on one of the coldest days in NW Ohio. The installers were competent and friendly. I am very satisfied with the installation and the generator. The generator is also being monitored by an app on my iPhone and by Findlay Generator Systems to ensure proper operation and maintenance.

Generac Generator Purchase and Installation - Following a 2-day power outage, I contacted Mike Couchot. Mike responded immediately to my inquiry and scheduled a home visit. Great install Crew

Had a new Generac 24kw generator installed after a power outage during a snow storm. The installers showed up in the snow and got the generator installed quickly. Install looks very clean and tidy. Generator is monitored by Fleet and on a app on my cell phone, so that is a nice feature. Would highly recommend the sales person and installation crew, very friendly and knowledgeable.
