DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We contracted with EOS in January 2023 and have paid them a 75% deposit (25% at contract; 50% at survey completion/equipment order). EOS was communicating with us for a while, but has gone radio silent for the past 7 weeks (it's now mid-May). Fortunately, we are disputing 50% of the deposit with our credit card company. We are not sure if EOS is still in business...phone calls, emails, text messages are all unreturned. Generac has not been helpful either, and indicated we are on our own to work with this dealer. We are still interested in a Generac whole-home generator but looking to go with a larger national company that will stand behind the product since Generac cannot provide that with their dealers.

Went the extra mile...

Very professional went that extra mile to make sure everything was done on schedule and completed in a timely manner...a great company for all your electrical needs..my standby home generator is the best purchase I made from this company and would highly recommend them

Fixed Generator Install

I hate to give anyone 5 Stars. It's almost as if I'm not telling the complete truth, but EOS Electrical deserves five stars. My wife and I bought a home Generac generator. We were looking for someone to install this. After reading EOS's prior reviews on Angi, we took a chance with EOS Electrical, and it was one of our best decisions for 2021. If you choose EOS Electrical, you don't hire a person; you employ a team of professionals. But in this case, there is no other way to describe the EOS Electrical team. They were on time and friendly people. Glenn, who heads the EOS team, was nothing but helpful and informative throughout the whole process. I was so impressed when they installed two Generac generators in one day. Yes, you read that correctly. Our next-door neighbor was out of town for a few months when I called him and told him two Generac generators were available. He and I both bought one at the same time. I helped my neighbor in the process of having his delivered and installed. Again, not one, but EOS Electrical installed two Generac home generators; my and my neighbor's in one day. We are now going to use EOS Electrical for all of our electrical needs. They also install solar power and landscaping/home lighting design for the interior and exterior of the home. They do it all. I can't say enough good things about this team. The truth is, I almost didn't want to write this review because they are a hidden gem in this area, and I am somewhat greedy with service providers and didn't want to share. But after the service and support they provided, I want to see them grow even more prominent in our community.
