Responsive and Efficent

Dale was very responsive on my original inquiry and the follow up home visit. Front end office also very efficient and helpful, sending paperwork and scheduling. Dolphin's installers did an excellent job, very neat and timely, even in frigid temps. I did have a small snafu with the propane company not being willing to add a 10' line needed despite my best efforts to trouble shoot the final connection in advance. Dale did interface with them in advance, per my request, and we thought connectivity issues were resolved. But after the propane company come out the day following the install they were not happy with where their connection was left. I ended up hiring a private plumber to add a short gas line extension. The propane company came back out and connected the unit and I started it up and all was fine. The unit was working in just a few days from the original install. That said, Dolphin's quote, even with hiring an outside contractor for plumbing, came in a good bit lower than my other quotes with a longer warranty for the exact same product/services. I believe Dolphin can install these more efficiently because my contract was very clear that connection to LP/Gas is the responsibility of the home owner. All seems to be working well. I even threw the transfer switch to make sure it would operate well in outage with our propane furnace running. Despite the small plumbing issue, I'd still give Dolphin 5 stars and would recommend!

Great job

Dolphin was great to work with. Once our contract was sent in, install date was soon and installed as promised. All of the installers were very professional, informative, courteous, helpful and very good at each of their jobs.The installation was well done. I am in a job associated with home building and know good work when I see it. I am also impressed with the quality and technology of our Generac generator.

excellent job

Dolphin electric finished my Generac generator install about 3 weeks ago. The sales process was excellent with the estimator explaining all options regrading generator sizes and installation options. The installation team of 3 people showed up on time and were friendly efficient and did a very professional installation. I'm very pleased with the entire process.

Great Experience with Dolphin

Just completed the generator purchase and installation process with Dolphin. It all went very well. The initial site survey and quoting process was extremely fast and professional. The installation of the generator was timely and very professional. Their installation team was very friendly and professional. They were very good in explaining how the generator operates and my responsibilities as the owner. Total experience was problem free. I couldn't ask for any improvement to the service and product they provided.
