Great Dealer

I went with this company because the salesman emailed us a copy of the estimate and he had everything itemized on the estimate that would be done.I had another company out and they just emailed me the price of the job, didn't show what was to be done.

dealer is bad

Had an appointment and dealer did now show up. Tied up my entire day. I called generic and they called to find out why. the dealer told them it was a error. They sent my call to the dealer and the dealer told me the will come in AUGUST. I told them to cancel then because I made tis appointment weeks ago.

Kyle and GI were terrific installers. Efficient, clean and extremely timely. Explained the unit and its functionality very clearly. I actually have more coverage than I anticipated.Thank you.

You Won't Miss With These Folks

I was quite impressed with Countryside's maintenance service scheduling. Rebecca called me in January for scheduling. At the time, I had a lot going on and requested she check back in July. She remembered to re-check back with me. Had she not, the appointment may not have not been scheduled unit next year, if at all. Poor customer service

In January, the technician performed annual maintenance on our residential generator, but did not reset properly, leaving the amber light displaying along with the green light indicator.I called to ask for the technician to correct, and was told that the amber light did not mean the unit was malfunctioning.All the same, I asked that the unit be restored to the green light indicator. After phone calls and emails back and forth, no technician returned to reset the unit.In May, I called again and was told that if I insisted that they dispatch a technician, there would be a $75 charge.My husband and I were unsure about resetting the unit, but managed to be successful, hoping that no other settings were affected.I will no longer use Countryside for service.

Excellent Dealer

I went with this dealer for a few reasons, 1 their price was very fair and compatible, 2 they have a solid record with the city for quality workmanship, 3 professionalism was on point, 4 has installed numerous generators to date and their knowledge is excellent. From estimate to install completion was about 2 weeks. I\u2019m perfectly OK with waiting for quality work. They can also have the gas work done. They offer a turnkey install if that is your desire. My power interruption was limited to less than 30 minutes at best. After the install, they gave a good demonstration, explained the install and equipment, then came back to be here when the inspector from the city came to do the inspection. That I\u2019ve not seen before, and I\u2019ve had several permits for work on my home. The finished product is neat and tidy and is friendly to the eye. I\u2019m happy with my purchase and have a piece of mind that my installers will be there if and when I need them. Unless I missed something when doing this review, I don\u2019t see an option to be able to add some photos, or I would.
