Work not guaranteed
I have been using this company for the last 4 years to service my generator. Over the last 2 years, their service has become nonexistent. Unreturned phone calls, lack of explanation on services provided, and failure to follow through with the Generac dealer on providing parts through warranty. Every time they have come out, 3 or 4 months later, something goes wrong with my generator and they do not respond with an answer.
