Blind & Son, LLC

So Glad I Chose Generac!

I couldn’t be happier with my Generac generator! After experiencing multiple power outages, I finally decided to invest in one, and it has been a game-changer. It kicks on automatically whenever the power goes out, keeping my home running smoothly. The installation process was seamless, and the system is super quiet and efficient. Knowing my family won’t be left in the dark during storms gives me total peace of mind. Highly recommend Generac to anyone looking for a reliable backup power solution!

The Company for Generator

Working with Blind and Sons to get my new generator installed was the best decision I ever made. I had three other companies come out to quote the generator as my mother moved in with me and she has medical equipment that needs power all the time, god forbid the power goes out from a winter storm or something else. Eric came out and he was the absolute best of all the others. he walked me through everything from the before install process to after install service offered by Blind and Sons. He was super understanding and understood our needs and recommended the right solution for us. They are honest and upfront with pricing and the financing was an easy application too. Thank you to Blind and Sons for making this happen seamlessly. If you need a generator, these are your guys to call!

Great company

Literally like their tag line says, I love those guys! The Blind and Sons team was nothing but exceptional with their install process! The manager came out ahead of the technicians and scoped the project and made sure everything was properly situated. We had an outage and they called to check in to see if everything was running ok. Thanks Blind and Sons!

Great install team!

Purchased a generator for my mother and the service was outstanding. The technicians did an excellent walk through after the install and even left behind a sheet with handwritten notes they took during the walk through with the questions I asked. Would definitely recommend Blind and Sons and if I didn't live so far away I would have them install a generator at my place!

Best installers in North East Ohio

I had an install earlier this year and it was the best decision to have gone with Blind and Sons. I was at the Home and garden show last year and weighed my options on companies to install this as it is a huge investment. Their Electrical manager came out and did an assessment and the team came back a few days later and did an immaculate install. Thanks Blind and Sons for an amazing Job!

Broke my generator, left without fixing it!

During a routine annual maintenance call on our whole house back-up generator this morning the Blind and Sons electrician broke a switch. Not having a switch in his truck or in stock at the company, the electrician had to order a replacement switch from Generac. to make matters worse, the electrician had no idea when the switch would be sent or received and so could give me no timeline for the repair. I noticed this review capability while searching for another company so I thought I'd use it to warn others. BTW -- it's now after 4:30 pm and I still haven't heard anything from Blind and Sons, apology or otherwise...
