I had an install earlier this year and it was the best decision to have gone with Blind and Sons. I was at the Home and garden show last year and weighed my options on companies to install this as it is a huge investment. Their Electrical manager came out and did an assessment and the team came back a few days later and did an immaculate install.

Broke my generator,left without fixing it!

During a routine annual maintenance call on our whole house back-up generator this morning the Blind and Sons electrician broke a switch. Not having a switch in his truck or in stock at the company, the electrician had to order a replacement switch from Generac. to make matters worse, the electrician had no idea when the switch would be sent or received and so could give me no timeline for the repair. I noticed this review capability while searching for another company so I thought I'd use it to warn others. BTW -- it's now after 4:30 pm and I still haven't heard anything from Blind and Sons, apology or otherwise...
