Banks Construction Co.

Not impressed

At first I was very impressed with them. Very knowledgeable and very fast with a proposal. Then I emailed them on their proposal for an itemized breakdown of all the cost. Nothing but a flatline. Most likely due to inflated prices and are likely embarrased. So I called and left a message for the owner, who was the one who came to my house. Never heard from them and get them one last try and left another message. Same deal, won't respond. I wouldn't do business with them if they gave me cost at this point.

The dealer is great!

Anytime I’ve had a concern or question, they have answered it or came and checked my generator in a timely manner. Recently they came in less than an hour. I recommend Banks Construction highly!

this dealer and this product are great

was very impressed with Larry and David. received proposal for generator and install very quickly. installation was done in less than half a day! power went out 6 days after install. and generator worked flawlessly! wish we had one years ago!

Awesome dealer!

I received professional installation and excellent service at a reasonable price.

Could not be more pleased

Very pleased with the entire purchase and installation. The installers were fully qualified, competent and efficient in their work. Would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone. Could not be more pleased.

Finished on time and on budget.

Larry came and inspected the installation site, and made recommendations as to requirements for my house. He was back in 2 days with a very concise contract detailing the installation, its cost and time frame. I wanted a concrete pad poured, so he timed it 2 days ahead of time to give it set-up time. They rolled in with a 3 man crew, 2 shop trucks and perhaps all the tools in Pomeroy. All black iron pipe on the gas (cut and threaded on-site) and everything electrical running in conduit. The existing service box needed to be moved to make way for the ATS. Not only did they take care of that, they moved the entrance cable around on the outside of the house to improve the look of the utility installation. Very tidy and when they left, it was as neat as when they came. All in all, a good experience.

Very satisfied with this dealer

Very professional and knowledgable of equipment. Had everything needed for the job and Installation took very little time. Explained all the features and warranty on the generator as well as how to register. Totally happy with the installation.
