Not impressed

At first I was very impressed with them. Very knowledgeable and very fast with a proposal. Then I emailed them on their proposal for an itemized breakdown of all the cost. Nothing but a flatline. Most likely due to inflated prices and are likely embarrased. So I called and left a message for the owner, who was the one who came to my house. Never heard from them and get them one last try and left another message. Same deal, won't respond. I wouldn't do business with them if they gave me cost at this point.

The dealer is great!

Anytime I\u2019ve had a concern or question, they have answered it or came and checked my generator in a timely manner. Recently they came in less than an hour. I recommend Banks Construction highly!

was very impressed with Larry and David. received proposal for generator and install very quickly. installation was done in less than half a day! power went out 6 days after install. and generator worked flawlessly! wish we had one years ago!
