Arp Electric And Power Systems

Great Install Team

Install completed yesterday for a 28kw air cooled whole house standby Generac generator. Installation was completed in approximately 5.5 hours with only 2 hours of power loss. The install team was fantastic and meticulous. Amazing. I highly recommend this company. Now I have total peace of mind which is needed in NE Ohio due to frequent power outages. Use this company.

Generator install

Just had our generator installed. The crew was prompt, and explained each step of the install process. They laid down floor covers to prevent tracks on our floors. They took time to explain access to the generator and what each switch does. Overall very satisfied with the install process. We are ready for the next power outage!

Perfect in every way.

ARP was the best in customer service; timely communication, easy access to the hands-on owner Andy Pech and the installation was perfect. The owner was on site ensuring that everything was perfect. I picked exactly the right company!

We wanted peace of mind when the electric goes out and now we have it. Our dealer, ARP was very professional, did exactly what they said they would and the clean up was great.

Very smooth transition

By far one of the best contractor's I have dealt with. Had my share of bad experiences with others. Will use this company for any other needs that falls in their category. Reliable.. informative..patience with all my questions.. Kept me posted on the whole process.. most of all very friendly. Would highly recommend them.

Peace of Mind

Andy and his team were great to work with and the installation went seamless. The equipment looks great and is of excellent quality. No worries now when the next bad storm comes through our area .. happy we finally made this investment with ARP.

Great to work with!

ARP was outstanding from the initial contact through installation of our Generac backup generator. They did a thorough analysis of the power demand for our home and explained what size generator would provide seamless power for our home during grid outages. The office gave us great information as to what to expect during the installation as the date approached. Installation day went smoothly, the technicians knew their jobs well, they were a pleasure to work with. Following installation, we got a great run-through of how the generator had been integrated into our electrical system and how the generator will operate going forward. Also had some great help getting the Generac App working on my phone.

Professional installation Overall great job. Good job explaining operation.

very quiet

Glad I finally installed a generac with my wife on oxygen i now have peace of mind

Great Install

The installation went very well, and the installers were very professional and answered all our questions. If the Generac whole house generator works as well as I have heard, it will be an amazing addition to our home.
