They completed everything quick, explained the generator operation and left the area like they found it, or better!

From start to finish Andy and his crew were friendly and professional. They arrived on time for all the appointments and answered all of our questions. On the day of installation it was raining and the installers took great care to put down runners so not to track up the house. They explained the system and tested it before leaving. Upon arrival they reviewed the process, timing, and we reviewed the locations of the Generac and transfer switch. We began our journey to get a whole house generator almost 3 years ago, and met with Andy at our home. We were very impressed with his knowledge and how thorough he was during the assessment/quote process. We decided to move forward with ARP last year after meeting about a dozen installers.The whole process was very easy and although it took us almost 6 months to get our generator installed (thanks to supply issues), Andy's team kept us updated throughout. The office staff were probably tired of us calling what seemed like every week to check on status of our order. Each time we called they were also very helpful and professional on the phone. On install date, the team arrived right on time, and walked through the entire process with us before starting work. They were very respectful of our home - even brought a bunch of rugs with them so they weren't tracking dirt into the house. Despite the supply chain and COVID related issues and delays with power systems being received by ARP; once the unit was received it was expertly installed by a 3-person team that knew their job and the roles of each other. They worked well together, took care to protect flooring and used foot covers due to a snow filled yard. Very pleased, as I expected to be as I did a fair bit of research prior to selecting ARP. I highly recommend ARP for your emergency power needs. I now have peace of mind and we're prepared for the next power outage!

The crew (3 guys) came exactly on time. Worked a full day on getting our generator installed which we anticipated. They went through showing me the operation of the unit and where things were. Did a great job on cleanup. Like the saying goes "better to have it and not need it than need it and not having it". Can't leave this without saying thanks to the others on the phone at the company. We needed our generator relocated and rewired due to code violations by a different installer. They did a wonderful job of listening to our requests and concerns on location. They then proceeded to completely rewire the hook up correctly and rerouted the gas line, even priming it so we could paint it to match the house. They were friendly, checked before doing things, efficient, and very professional. There were no hidden costs, and everything was done that was agreed to. Clean up was beautiful. Andy and his team from ARP just did an outstanding job of installing a natural gas Generac Generator at my home. Andy came out to my home and met with me, answered my questions and worked with me to select a generator location. As I suspect is the case with many people, this was my first generator and I was apprehensive. Everyone at ARP including the office staff and the installers was very professional and customer facing. The ARP installation team arrived on time with four installers and finished the project in one day. All the vehicles and equipment were impeccable. I always check this out first. Justin, Chuck and Rob spent the day and did the work. They all had great customer interaction skills. They answered my questions, kept me posted on the progress, and did a perfect cleanup. Routing my gas line from the main to the generator took some work and Chuck did an excellent job. He also pointed out a cracked roof rafter to me that probably happened with the recent replacement of my roof. He then told me how I could fix it. Wow. I built a house and remodeled this one so I know a bit about contracts. ARP is the best!

They tidied up wiring on the outside of the house which was out of our paygrade. They asked appropriate questions when necessary. Solid and safe choice!

We were able to get the generator installed within the time period initially shared with us. The customer service and install staff are all very friendly and professional. When installation was complete the lead installer walked me through some of the functionality. He was super patient with all of my questions. Also want to mention that the owner and install team were all on-time for scheduled appointments. Highly recommend this company.
