Since installing generator June 2019 generator did not work,Repeated calls finally sends repairman who complains it\u2019s too far for him to travel.(9) milesDoes nothing leaves and says generator needs tuneup. Mayper comes says needs WiFi hookup. Give him $120.13 For WiFi hookup and mail him $380 for service contract.couldnt get WiFi to work.Finally gave back WiFi money but not contract money.They are not knowledgeable of servicing generators and not reliable.This is second dealer recommended by Generac.First one took $5000.00 and didn\u2019t do work.Dont rely on Generac to recommend dealers.

They do not return calls. Never met with them because they do not return calls. Received an email from Generac thanking me for purchasing a generator from this company. When I called too ask why they reported that I bought a generator from them they of course never returned my call. I recommend them for not returning your call.
