Zenith Integrators did a great job on supplying and installing my new 20 Kw generator and transfer switch. The system covers my whole house including our Bed and Breakfast. The job went smoothly and the company representative kept me informed all the way. The workmen were discreet and courteous and the installation was neat and professional. Less than two days after commissioning we had a 10 hour power cut and the generator performed flawlessly. Recently we had another power cut in the middle of the night and it ran quietly for 3 hours while we slept in our air conditioned comfort. Based on price, professionalism, performance and overall satisfaction, I would not hesitate to recommend Zenith Integrators.

The installation was done quickly and very professionally. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would. The got to work promptly and when they completed the job, everything was picked up and looked better than before they came! We are very happy and are looking forward to using their services again for the next planned installation.

Zenith Power Systems did a great job from start to finish and I was pleased with their attention to detail and they coordinated the electrician and the propane installers and the local electric co-op to do a seamless install in a short amount of time. They did a large amount of work in a professional manner and I would refer them to family and friends. If I put a system at my farm property I will defiantly use them again. I am very pleased with their product and workmanship. They did everything they said they would do and cleaned up after themselves. Yard looked very nice with the generator on the gravel and concrete base. It ran very quiet, forty feet away it was barley audible. They explained it self-tests every week and what to expect on the unit. They gave us two packets to read and understand so we are familiar with the equipment we now own. They also said call or email anytime if we had questions. Great experience with Zenith Power Systems!

Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. All of my questions were answered thoroughly. I was very satisfied with the installation and the scheduling of the subcontractors including the local propane company and the local electric company. Zenith coordinated everything and all dates and time were adhered to. After the job was completed we were given a tutorial on how to use the product and given information on various forms that needed to be submitted for warranties and rebates which they offered to do for us. No trash was left on the job site. We highly recommend Zenith to anyone, extremely pleased with the service.

We just had a 22 KW Generac installed by Zenith Power Systems. Dennis was absolutely great to work with, and kept us informed as the install date got closer. The install went on schedule, despite some potentially dicey weather. The install was perfectly coordinated with Fayetteville Propane, who came out and buried the propane tank and hooked it up, and Bluebonnet Electric to turn the power on and off at the pole.

My experience with Zenith Integrators with as good as it could be from start to finish. Due to years of home upgrades and multiple buildings that the generator was covering the installation was rather complex; however, they worked with our local power company and got approval for our installation BEFORE he offered a contract. The installation was timely, extremely clean & technically correct, and the follow-up excellent. Being out in the country I was worried about who would support a professional and affordable installation - I am thankful I found Zenith Integrators, so should you.

Living in the country and being at the very end of a transmission line has left me with several power outages of more than two days.My neighbor recommended Dennis Schumacher with Zenith Integrators. Dennis came out and explained several options to me. He later emailed me a summary of what we had discussed. He never tried to "upsale" me or add a bunch of options we had not already talked about. On the morning of the install he had his crew, an electritian and the gas company tech arrive on time. the crew were all very professional and the install went seamlessly. We've had Zenith Integrators servicing our generator for about 3 years. It had been sitting unused for some time. They were able to get it running, going above and beyond to do this. He took it as a challenge and won! Since then, it has been operating its weekly test without problems. Zenith performs maintenance twice a year and are very thorough. We were grateful during the storms last week when we lost electricity. It kicked in automatically and ran for 3 days, powering a rural 4000 sq ft home with 2 ACs and numerous refrigerators and freezers.

The installation went beautifully with no surprises and the operation with cell phone feedback about the generator status is wonderful. We just had a huge flood on 5/27/2016 and lost power for over three days. The generator had only been installed for a few weeks before the rains. It provided power for the whole house (air conditioning included) the whole time and only used about 15% of our propane tank. Dennis was patient wanting to be sure we knew everything about the operation and what to expect. He carefully sized the generator per our requests. He really knows his business. I recommend him without reservation. He's the best!

Everything about this dealer is excellent. Very responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and easy to deal with. Only issue I've had is with Generac, which is beyond the dealers ability to solve. Even so, he remains in touch with me and Generac, trying to facilitate Generac resolving a software issue.

I never post reviews a few days after receiving a product, but instead wait to see how it really performs. I purchased and had installed a Generac 20KW backup generator for my farm from Zenith (Dennis Schumacher) 4 months ago. Bottom line is the installation was perfect and the generator has been flawless since. Dennis also followed up recently to make sure I received notice of a new remote monitoring app for my phone (which I had).I am a fan of Generac as I had installed one myself at the same farm around 10 years ago. When it came time to replace and upgrade I almost did it myself again, but am now happy I called Zenith. They were extremely responsive and made some suggestions that made the new system much more flexible. They removed the old unit and installed the new one in a day and coordinated all the work with the utility and propane company. Everything was perfect. You can't wrong with Zenith and Dennis Schumacher.

My Wife and I having built a new home, included a 20K Propane Generac for backup power. Living in a rural area with co-op power that tends to be interupted for a variety of reasons we decided on a Generac system. True to form the power goes off and the Generac kicked in only to go out approximately 5 min later. This was very disappointing to say the least. I went to the general website to find an authorized warranty dealer which led to an electrical company approximately 100 miles away. After being told it would be at least 2 weeks for a service tech to show up, this was completely unacceptable. The 2nd company on the website was also an electrical company with the same results. I then called Generac customer service and was given Mr. Schumacher's company ZENITH INTEGRATORS. Within 3 days Mr. Schmacher was on site and diagnosed the problem and effected repairs. It took 2 visits to complete, the second visit (fuel delivery system) had to be approved by Generac before repairing it.I cannot tell you the relief it was to find a consumate professional with the knowledge and know how of Mr. Schumacher. My wife and I would highly recommend his company to any and all who are contemplating an alternatate energy source as well as the know how to maintain the system.

We were so pleased with the service and professionalism shown by this company. About ten days after installation, we had our first power outage...for about 10 hours. It was great having air conditioning all night...and my husband toasted me with a cup of coffee in the morning!!!! All powered by Generac!!!! Pat

Zenith Integrators was very helpful in providing me with all of the information I needed in order to make an informed decision on the best system for my needs. Their representative kept me well informed as to the shipping date as well as the date and time of installation. The technician arrived on site to receive the shipment so I did not have to be responsible for delivery. He also arrived on site the day of installation before the electrician or plumber, stayed throughout the entire installation, executed the finalization procedures and walked me through the operational procedures, familiarizing me with the system. I am very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend Zenith Integrators.
