Zack Peak Electrical &generator LLC

Outstanding service

I don't usually write reviews but honestly need to here. We started our search for a generator with a ton of questions. Zack was a outstanding dealer to deal with. He took the time to answer any and all questions we had from the first visit to the last day of installation. His work was very professional as was interacting with him and his help. I can recommend Zack to anyone who is looking for a good generator from a dealer with outstanding customer service.

Great experience!

Zach was awesome to deal with. Everything he said he was going to do, he did it. Always communicated with me each step of the way. Smooth process from first call to final set up. I would definitely recommend him. You can tell he cares for his work and that today is hard to find. He even wears slippers when entering your house so he doesn't get anything dirty. That is just one example of his attention to detail. Paul

Zack is patient and professional. He really knows the product. Thanks again, waiting for a power interruption, which shouldn't be long around here.

Zack was great to work with. Did the entire install in one day. Kept my home clean and vacuumed anywhere him or his team walked. Reviewed the product and features thoroughly with me.
