From the first moment of contact with Xspec Power till the completion of the installation was a completely satisfying experience. Very professional in every aspect. I would recommend this product, this company to anyone in the market for back up power generation.

Xspec.....The Real Deal

Our family had been contemplating the purchase of a generator for a long time now. We read reviews, asked family & friends; one name came up over and over again. Xspec power. The owner of the company came to our home, answered every question we had, gave us an estimate that we could afford. We decided to move forward, the generator was installed a week later. We couldn’t be happier with the install, the guy were knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks Xspec Power!

I am highly pleased!

This week I was provided with excellent service from your company and I truly appreciate it. I am highly pleased with the professional manner inwhich your employees conducted themselves. You have definitely gained a new customer who will refer all of her friends to Xspec Power. Thanks Again!

Thank You

My Guardain was down with a bad stepper motor. I tried to get another dealer to fix it, but they never seemed to be able to get around to it. I called XSpec Power. Great service, talked to a serviceman on the phone (instead of a receptionist), he answered a lot of questions I had. Scheduled an appointment for later in the week. Service Tech (Mike) was on time and quickly fixed the problem while answering even more questions. Very fast, exceptionally professional, Good people to work with. Thanks we do appreciate you

Very Professional

From the first phone call I felt totally comfortable with the knowledge and abilities of Xspec Power. They arrived when they said that they would and promptly accessed the problem and made the necessary repairs. It's good to know that companies like this still exist.

I don't normally do this..

I don't usually write reviews for companies, however, I felt compelled to do so. I was advised by Generac to contact this dealer and I was very pleased when I did so. The technician who came to my home was so helpful, he was even able to take care of my generator within HOURS of our phone call. He knew exactly what he was doing, and my problem is resolved! If you need a QUICK answer to your problem, don't settle for waiting for days or WEEKS on other dealers. And don't settle for a dealer NOT SHOWING UP when scheduled to fix a problem!! Call this guy, his professionalism is UNMATCHED! He will take care of your problem with a smile!

This company goes above and beyonf

I had contacted other dealers in my area before contacting this Xspec Power. They responded to my situation with nothing but professionalism. You can tell they are well trained and well educated about their product. All the technician I talked to we professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for someone to provide outstanding service. Thank you Xspec Power
