My Guardain was down with a bad stepper motor. I tried to get another dealer to fix it, but they never seemed to be able to get around to it.

From the first phone call I felt totally comfortable with the knowledge and abilities of Xspec Power. They arrived when they said that they would and promptly accessed the problem and made the necessary repairs. It's good to know that companies like this still exist.

I don't usually write reviews for companies, however, I felt compelled to do so. I was advised by Generac to contact this dealer and I was very pleased when I did so. The technician who came to my home was so helpful, he was even able to take care of my generator within HOURS of our phone call. He knew exactly what he was doing, and my problem is resolved! If you need a QUICK answer to your problem, don't settle for waiting for days or WEEKS on other dealers. And don't settle for a dealer NOT SHOWING UP when scheduled to fix a problem!! Call this guy, his professionalism is UNMATCHED! He will take care of your problem with a smile!
