Wysocki provided outstanding service!
Wysocki was excellent in all aspects of my generator installation. They provided a time-frame for the job and stuck to it. They were extremely responsive, returned calls quickly and answered any and all questions I had. The technicians, the sales person and the office staff were professional, friendly and efficient. Good electrician, no microprocessor knowledge
Quick installation, but had false starts of generator when no power loss. Wysocki had to bring in another service tech to find his mistake of wiring. Took 2 and one half years to get it corrected.

Terrible!
They installed our 20k generator wrong. Took 2 YEARS for them to come back after it failed inspection. Wouldnt return phone calls or emails. When they finally did, they installed someting wrong in the transfer switch and blew out 3 transformers. Had a reputable dealer come and make everything right. I only gave them one star because I couldnt give them zero.
