Mr. Billy came out to setup our system in the middle of an ice storm. This was also the same day my wife and I brought home our newborn from the hospital. I am very thankful for Mr. Billy and his dedication to his customers.

WTECH/EMC, came out to repair my house generator, control panel failure. Billy was very courteous, respectful and priced very reasonable for the work that he did on my generator. And considering that the weather was very cold, 29 degrees, Billy accomplished his work in a reasonably short amount of time. My house generator is now up for the next power outage to provide my home with power from the good work of Billy, WTECH/EMC. Thank you for your great work.

Billy West did a great job of installation and explanation of the backup system. The subcontractors he used for connection (gas and electric) to the backup system did a great job as well. I'd definitely recommend Billy West for installation of a whole house backup system. .

I wanted to write this review in order to help or inform other people of how happy we were with Billy, the Generac dealer and all his associates that performed the installation and everything that was needed to get us hooked up to our 22KW Guardian generator. We haven't had to use it yet, but it has been kicking on each week with its test run like clock work and that assures me that if needed it will be there and ready to perform. After these last ice storms {Jan-Feb 2014} I found myself not able to run my daughters Home Hemodialysis Machine and complete her dialysis. I made the decision to install a home generator system to run my complete home. Based on reviews from this site I contacted Billy at WTECH/E.M.C. and discussed my generator requirements. We set up an appointment {Billy was on time} to reviewed my requirements, cost of unit and installation cost and installation date. Unit was installed on time and at cost quoted. Billy was very professional and I would highly recommend WTECH/E.M.C.

Not knowing Billy beforehand, I called him out of the blue based on the reviews here on this site. He was very prompt at responding to my call and understood exactly what I needed. I am a closed captioner and work from home; so, if I don't have power, I can't work. He had to deal with inclement weather during the installation time, but he didn't let it stop progress. I am very pleased with his service, professionalism, ability to answer questions and the whole experience overall. Billy sought the most cost-effective location for the generator and made sure that the site looked nice from the street as well.

I purchased my 20kw generac in 2010, during the past couple of years I was experiencing a problem with the exercise cycle. We live in a rural area and did not have a tech available to fix the problem. Now Wtech out of jonesboro ar is a certified tech for generac. Finally someone to fix the problem. He was prompt, efficient, well trained and a god send. He was able to correct my problem quickly. This tech knows his business, and he is good.

They came out quickly and in no time had the problem corrected. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained what the problem was and fixed the problem the first time. Even checked everything else to make sure everything was as need be.
