Mr. Billy came out to setup our system in the middle of an ice storm. This was also the same day my wife and I brought home our newborn from the hospital. I am very thankful for Mr. Billy and his dedication to his customers.

WTECH/EMC, came out to repair my house generator, control panel failure. Billy was very courteous, respectful and priced very reasonable for the work that he did on my generator. And considering that the weather was very cold, 29 degrees, Billy accomplished his work in a reasonably short amount of time. My house generator is now up for the next power outage to provide my home with power from the good work of Billy, WTECH/EMC. Thank you for your great work.

Superb dealer

Back in the summer of this year, we purchased a whole house Generac from this dealer. The sale went smoothly as well as the installation. The best experience of this purchase is the impeccable support and service provided by WTECH/E.M.C. They took the time to explain the operation of the unit and answer all our questions. We would recommend them to anyone in NE Arkansas looking to purchase a back up generator.

Installation and explanation was great

Billy West did a great job of installation and explanation of the backup system. The subcontractors he used for connection (gas and electric) to the backup system did a great job as well. I'd definitely recommend Billy West for installation of a whole house backup system. .

I wanted to write this review in order to help or inform other people of how happy we were with Billy, the Generac dealer and all his associates that performed the installation and everything that was needed to get us hooked up to our 22KW Guardian generator. We haven't had to use it yet, but it has been kicking on each week with its test run like clock work and that assures me that if needed it will be there and ready to perform.
