Wsi Southwest, Inc.

Quick and Efficient

WSI Southwest installed a generator at the office where I work. The job was efficient with little to no disturbance to the workplace, and I was genuinely surprised at how quick the installation went. Thanks to them the office has not been without power since, despite the frequent power outages in our area. Job well done indeed!

It works almost too well! the office is now open even when the weather knocks out the power. WSI's team was supper efficient at getting it up and running.

Highly recommend!

We recently had a Generac whole-house generator installed by WSI Southwest, Inc., and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Before installation even began, Mr. Williamson and his team came out to our home to provide a thorough and detailed quote. They took the time to walk through the property, explain the process, answer our questions, and ensure we understood exactly what to expect. What really stood out was how proactive and organized they were—WSI even contacted both our electric company and propane provider on our behalf, coordinating everything needed for the installation. That level of service was a huge relief and saved us a lot of time and effort. On installation day, the crew arrived right on time with all the necessary equipment and got straight to work. The job was completed professionally and efficiently, with attention to every detail. After the installation, they didn’t just leave us to figure things out—they returned for follow-up checks to ensure the generator was running properly and everything was in order. As for the Generac generator, it has been running smoothly during recent outages, kicking on automatically and powering the entire house without a hitch. We highly recommend WSI Southwest, Inc. to anyone considering a generator or in need of electrical work—they are experienced and reliable electrical contractors. They are professional, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to deliver top-notch service. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical skill with this level of customer care.

Excellent service!!

WSI did an amazing job for us. They were knowledgeable and courteous to work with. They didn’t have an ideal working environment given the weather and not only did they get things back to normal but they went the extra mile and came back when it dried out and fixed my yard! Thank you WSI!
