Wray Industries Inc.

Very Impressive

We were very impressed with the technicians that installed our generac. They were both very professional and polite. They explained the generac system plus demonstrated how it will work for us. They also left the area immaculate. We would recommend this company to anyone who wants a generator installed in their home.

Great dealer!

Very professional. Friendly and easy to work with.

Company very professional.

The office staff and installers were very professional..If at any time, I had a question of the office staff and they could not answer, they would get back to me within minutes. The paperwork was very easy to understand. All would answer their phone in a quick and friendly manner. I’m very pleased with the installation of the generator and a whole new rack. It was completed in a timely manner and the area was cleared. I would highly recommend this company for a generator installation.

Nothing but good things to say…

The team at Wray Electric was exceptional throughout the entire process. Every team member was very polite and genuinely seemed to care about answering any possible questions or issues. Overall, I was impressed with quality of customer service. Daniel @ Wray Electric in particular was very helpful during the initial site survey and during the install. He’s one of the good guys and it’s readily apparent that he’s committed to providing the customer with a positive experience.

Wray Industries provides exceptional service

I could not have been more pleased with my generator installation by Darwin and Dan from Wray Industries. They were professional and kept to the installation time frame. The project site was left clean each day and they went out of their way to make sure every aspect of the installation was done to my satisfaction. Most importantly, the system works flawlessly and they took the time to make sure that exposed areas as well as areas that were concealed by the electrical panels looked. good.

Wray Industries is Awesome

Darwin and his crew (Dan and Tyler) were extremely professional and efficient. This is my second generator (new home) Wray has installed, plus multiple other installs and maintenance. Very pleased with Wray Electric , won’t go anywhere else.

Highly recommend this dealer

We were specifically looking for a Generac dealer and were pleasantly surprised to find Wray Electric located close to us and with such experience. Darwin explained all our options and we chose the whole home generator. The bid was understandable, comprehensive and fair. Installation proceeded smoothly and efficiently. Darwin introduced us to Dan and Tyler and reviewed the project with them, then left us in their capable hands. They were efficient and not only was their electrical work good but aesthetically pleasing. Worksite was completely cleaned- both inside and out. This was a pleasant experience- from start to finish.

If you’re living in Eastern Washington and need a whole house generator, Wray’s Electric is the company for the job!

We were looking for whole house generator. Darwin from Wray’s Electric surveyed our home to determine the appropriate size to meet our needs. The bid was that we received was within our budget and the recommended generator (Generac) was at the high end. We were impressed with Wray’s responsiveness, flexibility and transparency. They kept us informed during the entire process. The entire Wray crew was a delight to work with, from the front office staff to the installers. A special shout to Darwin, Dan and Tyler for answering all of our questions.
