They were prompt on the install, kept the area clean while working and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before they left. I definitely recommend Wooldridge for any generator needs.

This was a difficult and tedious installation due to the conditions here, but Wooldridge handled it with their expertise and professionalism. Crew arrived on time, easily handled a difficult wire pull, finished and cleaned up with no drama. Coordinated job with propane installer. Job passed county inspection with no issues. Up and running with whole house power backup in a week's time!

Dealer handled the entire process from contacting the inspector and we coordinated with the propane company so it was only one day of interruption. The installers were friendly, and professional and cleaned up the site once everything was completed. They communicated throughout the process and answered our questions without hesitation.

Wooldridge came to my house to interview me to determine my power needs. Sales person was very professional, courteous, and competent. We determined I would need a 22kW generator and scheduled the installation and electrical upgrade. The electricians showed up promptly on the day we scheduled and performed the work in a very satisfactory manner answering all concerns and questions. While fishing a wire in the attic, one of the electricians put his foot through the drywall on my kitchen ceiling. He was apologetic about this and quickly contacted Wooldridge to schedule a drywall contractor to come out and repair the damage. The dry wall contractor also matched our hard to match paint color and came back another day to paint our kitchen ceiling. This shows that Wooldridge goes the extra mile for the customer and does not cut corners to make problems go away. I have confidence in the quality of their work.
