Woodstock Heating & Cooling, LLC

Expert Work

Woodstock Heating and Air Conditioning had been our “go to” maintenance company for our previous home. For 17 years, they performed the yearly service on our previous heater and a/c unit and kept them running smoothly. When the a/c finally gave out, they replaced it with a newer and more efficient model. We recently purchased a new property in Harvard. Woodstock Heating, Cooling & Electrical was the first we called to inspect and service our new dual furnaces and a/c. It was discovered that one of the furnaces and a/c units needed immediate replacement. Woodstock HC&E quoted a reasonable price and performed the work quickly and expertly. As our new home has needed many repairs, we also looked around and received quotes to replace an 85-gallon, electric hot water tank (probably 20 years old and on its last legs) along with the installation of a Generac whole house generator. Woodstock HC&E came in with the best offers on those as well. We received a quote from another company for the Generac, but it was more costly and we would have needed to hire a plumber, at additional expense, to connect the gas lines. Woodstock HC&E quoted the job from start to finish, including county permits. The Generac and Rinnai were installed together, in 2 days’ time, with minimal disruption to our home – not an easy feat given the size of the old water tank! Our new Rinnai tankless, propane hot water heater is amazing! We have plenty of hot water and we look forward to future savings on our energy costs. The Woodstock HC&E technicians have all been prompt, courteous and respectful of our home – always wearing booties in the house as the floors and carpets are new and/or recently cleaned. Kyle Iversen has been wonderful at responding to our inquiries and coordinating the work. We also want to commend the office staff for their support. We look forward to Woodstock HC&E maintaining our home’s heat, a/c and water heater for many years to come.

Top Notch Service

You will find that from the first phone call that you are treated like family. I was impressed by the personal touch when they installed a tankless hot water heater for us in 2022 so it is a bonus to now also have the same kind of service for electrical. Kyle was wonderful to work with and quoted a fair price for a Generac. The crew that came out to install was friendly got the job done quickly. Woodstock Heating Cooling and Electric will take good care of you.

Knowing that we are set in case of a power outage is comforting. It was a great install process.
