which is a rare find these days. We had a lightning strike that fried the internal workings on our Generac, and they were able to replace all of the bad circuitry. They also automatically visit once a year to perform preventative maintenance, which keeps it in top working order. The peace of mind in knowing that it will work when it needs to is priceless.

Purchased a 22 kW from Woodhyrst. The salesman was very prompt, informative, and easy to talk to. The installation crew very professional, they came across an issue with my panel but we're still able to finish in just one day. I cannot say enough about the whole company. These guys are the pros! Kyle came out with his crew and did an amazing job installing my Generac 24kw Generator. They were on time and kept me updated though the installation and finished on time. Kyle was so kind and knowledgeable, he throughly explained everything about the system with me and my wife. I had a generator installed in January 2020 after several months delay. The installation and generator have been fine. I now want to add components to the system and I've been calling weekly for two months and have not been able to get a service technician to call me back. The receptionist is friendly, but I would expect a better response for an existing customer

Woodhyrst did an excellent job installing a Generac generator at our home. Very friendly and expert service. It was over five months to get the generator delivered after ordering (blamed on COVID-related supply disruption). Completion of the installation was delayed for 2 weeks because a part was missing and had to be reordered.

The Woodhyrst representative explained the complete system and options for our needs and gave us a fair price and installation window. The installers were very professional and did a great job though out the install process. When the generator installation was complete, we did a performance check, followed by an explanation of the controls and operation manual. After the inspection was completed, my house/yard looked just the way it was before the install, except for my new generator. Great job guys.

Ralph at Woodhyrst didn't qualify the home for the generator, changes want he said and time of the install and dosent let the home owner know about the changes.The tech were very nice and professional, but they are put in the middle of it between Ralph and the customer.He is to business to take care of the customers that he has already sold to. IF i were you find another dealer to install.

Never returned call. Ready to purchase and have a whole-home generator installed. Even filled out Home Depot for for follow-up. I was never contacted.

Although it took a little longer than we had hoped to get the unit installed, once we were scheduled, Woodhyrst was responsive and fast. The install crew was friendly and very efficient. Everything was done neatly and with thorough professionalism. They cleaned up and left everything in a very neat state.

Although we had to wait longer than expected to have the generator installed the work they did was top notch. Later the next day I noticed a service error code. I called and the dealer assured me that this was nothing to prevent the proper operation of the generator. They came out the next day and cleared the error.Overall I am very satisfied with this dealer.

The home I purchased came with a Generac generator, which stopped working. I've reached out several times for service and never received a return call. My experience is that this business is unresponsive.

Woodhyrst was 100% wonderful to work with, from initial consultation to final electrical work, every person knew their stuff. The team helped troubleshoot the best model (we went with a 16000 watt) for our house (4 bedroom with finished basement) and where to install. I've hired many contractors, but for this work, we wanted the best, and there is a reason they are the highest volume Generac installer in our region. Thanks again!
