Called to schedule repair maintenance and was told that they aren't taking any new customers for at least 1 month. Completely unhelpful and was hoping for better service from someone that is listed as a PowerPro Elite+

This dealer is understaffed and therefore unable to deliver service and installation in a timely manner. Their wait times for installation are much too long, i.e., 3 months for an installation. The office staff acts like your concerns are of no interest to them because they are so busy. They really don't care.

All they do is generators and they do an outstanding job. The installation of our Generac 22KW generator was extremely professional. The team was conscientious, very neat and they went out of their way to install the necessary items as if my house was their house. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Womble Generator Service, Inc. is by far one of the most professional and excellent companies I've seen in awhile. They installed our 36KW Gas Quiet Source Generac Generator and the work was done so professional and clean.
