Excellent Company
There was a wait time, due to this company being busy, however, it was well worth the wait!Guy and his team were patient with all my concerns and made sure to answer my questions so that I was able to understand. Will definitely call again, if any issues!!!!!!!

Five Stars ! Highly Recommended!
I highly recommend Womble for their quick response and expertise. The salesman was quick to respond and explained the installation process in detail. The work crew was friendly and very professional. The job was completed neatly and in a timely manner. They treated my home as they would their own. I am extremely satisfied with my 22KW generator and the professional installation. FIVE STARS!!!!

Won't accept new customers
Called to schedule repair maintenance and was told that they aren't taking any new customers for at least 1 month. Completely unhelpful and was hoping for better service from someone that is listed as a PowerPro Elite+

Long wait times for service
This dealer is understaffed and therefore unable to deliver service and installation in a timely manner. Their wait times for installation are much too long, i.e., 3 months for an installation. The office staff acts like your concerns are of no interest to them because they are so busy. They really don't care.

This is the company you want!!
All they do is generators and they do an outstanding job. The installation of our Generac 22KW generator was extremely professional. The team was conscientious, very neat and they went out of their way to install the necessary items as if my house was their house. I couldn't be more satisfied.
