Exceptional! Deserves 6 stars out of 5. Obtained bids from 2 other reputable companies, Womble Generator Services was head and shoulders better than the others. - Showed great respect throughout. Listened carefully and to carried out my requests as best possible. - Highly professional in every aspect. - Fair price, timely and great install.

BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!

From the moment of contact to the end result, everyone we came in contact with at Womble were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable in their given area of expertise. A particular note on the install---everything was timed and coordinated to the letter. Chris and Delton were a superb example of teamwork and ability. When they were done every area was spotless and perfect. I Highly Recommend Womble. BP

Awesome Service

Couldn't ask for a better dealer. Very nice people to work with and very knowlegable.

My project

1st class company. Installers were great. Friendly and very competent. Everyone associated with our project was outstanding.

Great Job

They are busy people and had to wait but not as long as we waited to make a decision to purchase the Generator.

Excellent Company

There was a wait time, due to this company being busy, however, it was well worth the wait! Guy and his team were patient with all my concerns and made sure to answer my questions so that I was able to understand. Will definitely call again, if any issues!!!!!!!

Five Stars ! Highly Recommended!

I highly recommend Womble for their quick response and expertise. The salesman was quick to respond and explained the installation process in detail. The work crew was friendly and very professional. The job was completed neatly and in a timely manner. They treated my home as they would their own. I am extremely satisfied with my 22KW generator and the professional installation. FIVE STARS!!!!

Won't accept new customers

Called to schedule repair maintenance and was told that they aren't taking any new customers for at least 1 month. Completely unhelpful and was hoping for better service from someone that is listed as a PowerPro Elite+

Long wait times for service

This dealer is understaffed and therefore unable to deliver service and installation in a timely manner. Their wait times for installation are much too long, i.e., 3 months for an installation. The office staff acts like your concerns are of no interest to them because they are so busy. They really don't care.

This is the company you want!!

All they do is generators and they do an outstanding job. The installation of our Generac 22KW generator was extremely professional. The team was conscientious, very neat and they went out of their way to install the necessary items as if my house was their house. I couldn't be more satisfied.
