Professional, responsive and timely
We chose Wm. Masters over another dealer because of their staff. Their people are professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. They got us an estimate, and had two generators installed (our home and at our horse barn) in the time it took the other dealer to get us an estimate. They were more expensive than the other dealer (based on the initial estimates), but I have the peace of mind knowing that should I ever need a quick response, I'm confident they will be able to help.
