Very unreliable
Bought the generator from this dealer in October 2023. Dealer never came to install it. Just got it installed by another contractor today. This dealer will tell you 4-6 weeks, that's when the unit will be dropped off. Then your on your own. Would not recommend.

Great Dealer. Highly recommend.
We purchased a whole house generator. The installation was thoroughly explained and completed as scheduled. We found Mr. Wilson to be knowledgeable, honest and reliable. One mishap occurred when his employee slipped on attic rafters and his leg came through the ceiling. Mr. Wilson took responsibility and had the ceiling repaired right away. Overall, We were extremely pleased with their work and appreciated the assistance with Mobile Link to monitor our Generator when away from home.
