Recant my last review 10/2018
I have to recant my last review. Due to hurricane Florance and the numerous services calls that this company had to respond to they were back logged on preventive maintenance services. Their staff was trying to do all that they could. They finally got to me and provided all required services. The quality of their service is outstanding and I renewed my annual service agreement for this coming year

Service contracts after installation
I found them very good for the installation but will not respond for service even after pre paying for yearly service contracts, they will not even return your phone calls just run around

Mister Sparky - Wise Electric Control is the best!
Mister Sparky - Wise Electric Control installed my generator and it has worked every time we've had a power outage. They also perform the yearly maintenance. They are very professional from the office to the field staff and have fair pricing. Highly recommend them.
