Wingatepower, LLC

Excellent Service!

We were in a pinch and without power. Billy and his team came out quickly to evaluate our problem. They diagnosed the issue and came out the next day to replace our Generac transfer switch. Soup to nuts the team at Wingate was very knowledgeable, trust worthy, and efficient. We were so impressed that we also had them service our generator and plan to continue to do so in the future.

Top of the line install. Very customer orientated company. They made sure that I understood the project start to finish. Answered all my questions and concerns. The county inspector and the energy inspector pretty much summed it up. "This is the best install that we have seen in a while."This is a no-nonsense company, making sure the project is done correctly and safely.

Generac

Billy with Wingate Power was absolutely wonderful. He was very informative about the product and services provided, down to earth personality, no nonsense approach, no sales pitch pressure, and was very easy to talk to. His office staff was very professional, easy to contact, and very well informed about products and services. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. Customer satisfaction was/is very high on their list of services. The crew that came to my house for the installation was very professional, polite and respectful of my property. If given the opportunity, I will highly recommend Wingate Power for GENERAC service and installation. They are by far the most reasonable in price compared to the two other estimates I received. If you want quality workmanship, respect, and receive what you pay for, then let Wingate Power be your GENERAC provider.
