Solar system (Pwr Cell) was never completely installed, has never worked. He says it was installed and to contact Generec for warranty service on a system that has NEVER worked properly.

Installation and delivery went well. His organization and staff were friendly and ensured that all my questions were answered. Every part of the process was completed by awesome individuals. I fully trust Mr. Hogg and his crews. I highly recommend his company.

Willis put forth a tremendous amount of energy through the "Pandemic" getting the job done regardless of the challenges of shortages and organizing the install with the other trades needed to complete the order.Job well done.
Mr Hogg did good Took a long time to get the generator in but a lot of it was waiting on Gas Company and plumber.

The dealer was knowledgeble and thorough.I am very satisfied with Generac support. Each time I called them they have been excellent. Very friendly and patient. I would definitely recommend them to others.

My installation went well but was hampered by extended winter weather event that delayed installation effort. The installer was very knowledgeable on the Generac products and identified required hardware overlooked by others in the quote process. My only issue was the lack of communication on installation plan and parts delivery that seemed to be a result of unprecedented demand for new installations.

I have been working with Willis for about 5 years when he helped installed our Generac 22KV system. Having a Generac system is wonderful. When the power goes off, you can count to six an power is restored. Willis has maintained our system and is on-call to answer questions. A true professional. I would highly recommend Willis to anyone looking to purchase a system or looking for someone to maintain their system.
