Very poor quality maintenance
This company installed and was "maintaining" our 20KW Generac. It was last serviced in September 2015. They overfilled the crankcase oil and it has been operating this way for months. This caused the oil to vent into the air filter space and clog the filter. The engine wouldn't start during a recent storm. I was told that I would need to wait weeks for repairs. I was also told that I need a new generator. I will repair it myself by draining the excess oil and installing a new filter. NOT RECOMMENDED

Great people to work with highly recommend
very responsive, well trained service tech came to our home office, they have been serviceing our generator and all electrical needs for 15 years
