Administrative Penalty Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners
WillFixit is not a local family business, it is ARS, a big corporation. Their work is shoddy, their warranty is worthless, they are a nightmare. Check BBB online, Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners, the Texas State Attorney General. A complete nightmare. They replaced the wrong water heater, used inferior PRV valve causing water shutdown, failed to get a permit, no manuals for $10K of equipment that didn't work and a year of contacting the authorities to enforce setting it right, dealing with their corporate lawyers, finally the credit card company refunded me. Stay far away.

Uninformed workers
Called to ask if they sold and installed Generac generators and they said they didn\u2019t, they were a A/C company. I told the rep that they are listed as dealers on Generacs website and they placed me on hold to verify. After 2 minutes they hung up on me. Don\u2019t even know what products you sell, install, or service.
