VERY unprofessional and deceptive !!

They were not even certified with Generac to service my unit and that caused Generac to void my warranty. At the time they were only certified for air cooled and mine is a large water cooled unit. Generac informed me that Whitson over charged me by $ 5000.00 for the initial install. Avoid these people. BEWARE !!!

Upgrade

I had this company install upgrade the service to a rental house due to a heat pump install. They were right on time and really good about answering phone calls and all my questions. I do recommend Whitson Electric.

The best service around

I have had them here twice so far. All service was done in a professional manner and my concerns and questions were answered to my complete satisfaction. The serviceman was very innovative in that he had designed and used a tool that prevented the spillage of the old motor oil that had to be removed. I intend to continue having them service my generator and I am very satisfied with their professional and excellent service.

The technician was professional and well manner

Whitson Electric gave us quick service and day of call gave troubleshooting options to try to get back up. It worked and we were very pleased to have electrical service in our home, which was out for four days (using generator all four days). Whitson Electric followed up servicing our generac generator assuring generator worked properly. Love or Generac generator!

Yearly maintance

Whitson Electric was prompt and knowledgable of the generator. We are now on a yearly maintance cycle. I would recommend other to do the same.

Good service in a remote area.

I have used Whitson for two years for maintenance and both times they came out within 2 weeks and completed the job in a timely manner. They price for maintenance is reasonable and less than what I was paying.I had a problem with my generator last year and they were prompt in coming out and troubleshooting. It took 4 to 5 months to fix the issue which I felt was unreasonably long, but I was not living there at the time, the generator was not in use. Also the Generac company diagnosed the problem incorrectly so it took a while to get the correct parts to fix it. They are not a large company and they do need to handle issues that are emergent first. They were able to correct the problem and I am happy with their work.

can't get them to come out!

We have called repeatedly and can not get a firm commitment of when they will come out.

Did losey work.

It took them all day to fix it and it shouldn't have, they had to go and get parts which they should had have with them but didn't and then they charged me a arm and leg for what they did.
