Whitfield refussed to give up on my generator until it was fixed

Mr. Whitfield of Whitfield Heating and Air performed troubleshooting on my 22KW generator per the book. He had to call the Generac Specialist each time he came to my house as they give him incorrect information. I am sure Mr. Whitfield was getting frustrated as everything the Generac team told him to do didn't fix the problem.To Mr. Whitfield's credit, he refused to quit working on my generator until it was finally fixed. On the fourth visit, he replaced the controller board and now my generator is working perfectly. It is rare these days to get a service company to continue to run back and forth like he did without unknowingly taking it out on the customer. However, Mr. Whitfield was charming and polite throughout the whole ordeal. When it comes to professionalism, Mr. Whitfield tops the chart.If I ever have any problem (small or large), Mr. Whitfield is the only one I am going to call. Generac should be proud Mr. Whitfield is one of the service organizations which work on their generators.

Mr. Whitfield was very responsive to my questions. When it came time to do the installation it was clear, he knew the product and his trade.
