Made appointment with sales rep. arrived on time, ask several questions and was not pleased with replies. Salesman treat me like I did not know what I wanted. I had done quite a lot of investigating online. Never sat down at table stood entire meeting. Wife and I both felt like his thoughts were somewhere, not on my needs. I made suggestion that he return another time, he was rude and claimed no point in continuing . I call in to office left message after three days no reply. Call another dealer had a good meeting purchased unit. Called this company back to follow up still no return call.

I'm a new owner of a Generac Standby Generator. The unit had issues right out of the box. I called Manufacturer and was given a couple of local dealers. I'm in Mooresville, so I called the closest dealer, Whites. They sent a Tech out and he looked at my unit for less than 5 minutes. He said it was a bad controller,and that they would get one on order. It was 4 weeks later when I decided to call Whites and get an update about the part and repair for my Generac. I found out then,that the Tech had not even ordered the part. When I complained, I was told that they didn't sell,or install my Generator and they could careless!! Worst service Ive ever received anywhere. Stay away from this Dealer!!

Alot to Learn...

Unimpressed with knowledge of product. Worker could not answer any of my questions. He was however interested in doing an oil & filter change...which makes zero sense,because the unit wasn't running,the whole reason i called them out! He left without fixing my unit but that urged me to get an Elite rated company that came and fixed my unit!
